- Bible
- Notepad
- Pens
- Comfortable clothes (including footwear acceptable for athletics)
- Jacket
- Medicines (allergy, headache, etc.)
- Toiletries (including soap and shampoo)
- Towels
- Sleeping Bag or sheets
- Pillow
- Bathing Suits (one piece suits for females or T-shirt over two piece)
- Snacks (and a few dollars for canteen)
- GREAT ATTITUDE AND AN EXPECTANCY FOR GOD TO MOVE AT CAMP!!!

THINGS NOT TO BRING:
- Fireworks
- Water guns
- Balloons
- Knives or other weapons.
- Drugs, alcohol, or vapes.
Dress must be appropriate.
- No spaghetti straps
- No short-shorts (Fingertip rule)
- Ripped jeans need to cover to below your fingertips
- No T-shirts with inappropriate messages
Cell Phone usage is permitted in the cabins during set times so that the students can contact home if needed.

My electronic signature confirms that I hereby give witness to the proper completion of this form by the minor’s parent or guardian. I release and hold harmless Hosanna Fellowship Church, Jacob Dolwing, and summer camp volunteers from liability, fully and completely. I release Jacob Dowling, and other designated chaperones from Hosanna Fellowship and Gateway Church and/or Other Staff of Summer Camp to the assistance of medical treatment for my child but not to pay for bills incurred. This signature represents that my child is responsible and mature to obey all rules stated by Hosanna Fellowship, Gateway Church, Summer Camp, and other Camp Staff. 
 
Payment
