There will be two Breakout Sessions offered at the 2022 Forward Missions Conference! If you believe the Lord has called you to be missional in your vocation, and where you are currently planted we encourage you to sign up to attend the "From the Marketplace" Breakout Session. If you believe the Lord has called you to go abroad we encourage you to sign up to attend "To the Ends of the Earth" Breakout Session.
You are not limited to just one Breakout Session! As we have all been called to The Great Commission, you are invited to attend one or both Breakout Sessions to learn more about how we can reach the world with the love of Jesus Christ and the good news of The Gospel!
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
FORWARD KIDS is for children ages K-5th grade. If you have children who qualify to attend FORWARD KIDS, please answer the following questions. If you do not have children that will be attending FORWARD KIDS, please continue to the next section of the form.
Additional Childcare is provided for children ages 1-5 years old during the Main Sessions of the conference. If you have children who will need childcare, please answer the following questions. If you do not need childcare, please continue to the next section of the form.
